Michelle understands the unique challenges and opportunities this sporting discipline requires. Her specialized training includes certifications in:

With a Personal Fitness Training Certification as well as 13+ years’ experience working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, Grant is an inspiring motivator with a proven track record in achieving maximum results with top-end clients across various demanding sporting genres, including Hard Enduro and motocross.

Grant has extensive experience in physique transformation, fitness management, strength and endurance training as well as weight loss and weight training and is adaptable to any individual  or organisation that requires his expertise. Grant’s experience, in addition to his dedication, presents a wellrounded and competitive edge.

In addition, Grant possesses expertise in managing business aspects of a client portfolio, as well as coaching and mentoring individuals, groups and teams in various disciplines.
